Can someone help?

Dear friends,

When I order the speaking/listening/writing software, I got the registration code in a short period. After that, I successfully setup the software according to the procedure. Then, I tried the software, I found that it is good in the listening and speaking conqueror. However, I found there are a lot of files missed in the writing conqueror. I believe I downloaded the updated material and setup correctly. Can anyone give me an advice how to fix it? Many thanks for your reply.
